These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of "Athkar App" mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service" or "App") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Athkar Mobile Application developer ("Developer", "We", "Us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Developer, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Mobile Application and Services.
You may suggest improvements or provide comments regarding the app. However, the developer reserves the right to decide whether to implement any suggestion based on its applicability. The developer is under no obligation to add any new features or support new platforms. All decisions regarding changes to the app and the addition of new features or platforms remain solely at the discretion of the developer.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR RELIABILITY.
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS.
NEITHER WE NOR OUR PARTNERS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO LIABILITY FOR TRUTH, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION CONVEYED TO USERS OF THE SERVICES OR FOR ERRORS, MISTAKES OR OMISSIONS THEREIN OR FOR ANY DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS OF THE DATA OR INFORMATION STREAM FROM WHATEVER CAUSE. YOU AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICES AND THE CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The Athkar App Premium service is available in both monthly and annual subscription plans. The subscription fees are nominal and optional, allowing you to support the app's ongoing development, maintenance, updates, and distribution. Subscribing helps ensure the sustainability of Athkar App.
The payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of the subscription. The subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, at the subscription rate applicable at that time. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the Fee Schedule from time to time and remaining aware of the fees charged by us and any applicable discounts. The Fee Schedule, including subscriber or any discounts, is subject to change at any time at our discretion.
The developer is not responsible for the accuracy of prayer times or Qibla direction provided in the app. If you are in doubt, please verify manually using trusted local or official sources. It is your responsibility to review and understand all content carefully.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Application and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the Application. You may check any updates in App setting page or our website. Continued use of the Mobile Application and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, don't use the App, you are not authorized to access or use the Mobile Application and Services.
